Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of treevine.life and purchases from TreeVine Life LLC (“TreeVine,” “we”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility and orders

You must be at least 18 and purchase for personal use. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Pricing, payment and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is charged at checkout unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Not medical advice

Information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified clinician before choosing or using any medical equipment.

Prescription-only items

We do not currently sell prescription-only devices through this website.

Used and refurbished equipment

Refurbished equipment is not manufacturer-refurbished unless stated, and original manufacturer warranties may not apply. See our Refund & Return Policy for our limited warranty.

Safe use

You are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and weight limits and for setting equipment up appropriately. Assembling the L'Atelier DIY Kit is at your own risk and should follow the instructions provided. Natural wood varies in color and grain.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TreeVine's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
