Shipping & Pickup Policy

TreeVine Life LLC ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Processing time

Small in-stock items usually ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and pre-order items are shipped when ready; estimated lead times are shown on each product page.

Local pickup

El Paso, Texas: pickup is by appointment, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Mountain Time. The pickup address is provided when your appointment is confirmed. Bring a photo ID and your order number. Email admin@treevine.life to schedule.

Bike Wit Me items marked for pickup are available at The PonDaRosa in Los Angeles. You will receive a notice when your order is ready.

Local delivery

Local delivery is not currently offered.

Heavy and bulky items

Wheelchairs, lift chairs, beds, patient lifts, power mobility equipment and similar items are picked up locally or shipped by freight, and freight is quoted separately. We will confirm the cost with you before we charge for shipping.

L'Atelier

• DIY Kit: ships to you in two packages that may arrive on different days. The freight delivery charge is calculated at checkout.
• Assembled and Smart configurations: White Glove delivery and in-home setup are included anywhere in the continental U.S. We will contact you to schedule after your order.

Inspect on delivery

Please note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us at admin@treevine.life within 48 hours.
